The Kamanda is clearly inspired by football trainers of the past, most obviously the adidas Samba. But there’s something far more versatile about this shoe than your conventional performance silhouette. Luxurious suede extends across the upper with a soft nylon tongue that keeps the foot securely locked in place. As you’d expect from any vintage adidas homage, gold foil branding is stamped to the sidewall.
As with many of the new releases, adidas adds a chunky midsole underneath the Kamanda. That said, it soemehow looks like another iconic style cue thanks to the gum colourway. Several styles are expected to launch in the coming months including a high profile collaboration from Italian label, C.P Company.
