Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace Red

adidas has a new collection in partnership with multi talented singer and songwriter, Pharrell, born out of a desire to celebrate the craftsmanship and heritage behind adidas’ iconic silhouette, the Samba, and Pharrell’s appreciation for luxury and colour. Take a closer look at one of the elements in the set, the Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace “Red”.

This Samba Humanrace swaps out the usual leather and suede combo with an all-over premium leather in the titular red. Not only that, the shoe comes with leather laces instead of the usual textile laces. All the leather used on the shoe was sourced from ECCO Leather, a world leader in innovative and premium leather which saves 20 litres of water per hide. The shoe boasts an extended tongue, a nod to the model’s football heritage. A tonal red rubber cupsole wraps up the look of these kicks.
