adidas’ line of collab shoes with avant-garde luxury designer, Yohji Yamamoto, the Y-3, has a new Superstar variation with a stealth-mode look. Take a closer look at the adidas Y-3 Superstar Triple Black.
This Y-3 Superstar maintains a traditional streamlined all-smooth leather upper. However, the Y-3 twist comes in the form of a highly stylized cut-out Three Stripes on both the medial and lateral mid-panels with a non-standard stitch treatment and perforated panels in between. Instead of the classic rubber toe shell, this version opts for a smooth finish. Y-3 branding is embossed on the lateral heels. An all-black rubber sole unit wraps up the look of these kicks.
