Footpatrol x New Balance 1906 X-Ray

London-based retailer Footpatrol unveils the New Balance 1906R “X-Ray”, an exclusive colourway inspired by electromagnetic radiation and human anatomy. This retro trainer flaunts various shades of blue and light silver accents throughout its mesh and synthetic upper, mimicking X-ray imaging. The dark blue plastic heel counter and translucent overlays add flair to the theme, whilst signature “N” logos and “1906” labels remain in their usual positioning. A blue-tinted N-ergy midsole and burnt orange ABZORB SBS pods on the heel represent tendons in the human body, connecting the bone to the muscle. Custom Ortholite insoles showcase a printed X-ray of a foot, tying together this unique theme.
