New Balance 550 Marquette

When Aimé Leon Dore founder, Teddy Santis, revived New Balance's 550 model in 2020, the sneaker was met significant hype and instantly made its way to everyone's sneaker collection. Possessing the same original construction as the OG New Balance P550 Basketball Oxfords in 1989, the New Balance 550 features a smooth leather base with a variety of colour arrangements like this latest New Balance 550 Marquette.

While the model continue to hosts covetable collaborations, its collegiate-style outfits are just as irresistible. Here we see the low-top retro shoes with a titular arrangement inspired by Marquette University’s signature team colours: yellow, dark burgundy, and varying shades of blue. Even the tongue branding and the "N" logo on the lateral and medial sides continue the theme. Of course, the NB 550's full-length EVA midsole underfoot is present, providing lasting comfort and cushioning.
