New Balance 550 Pink Suede

The New Balance 550 continues to be one of the most sought-after silhouettes of the year, and this latest iteration is sure to be no exception. Taking inspiration from NB's upcoming Aimé Leon Dore collaboration, this New Balance 550 "Pink Suede" takes on a retro-inspired, washed-out look, so here's what to expect from the pair.

Much like the upcoming ALD versions, the "Pink Suede" 550 sees most of the upper arrive in a suede build, only this time it takes on the perfect millennial pink tone. The washed shade covers the majority of the shoe, the exceptions being a slightly darker leather panel at the ankle, and white canvas details at the collar, heel and liner. NB's famed 'N' logo sits pretty in white leather, popping against the pink side panels, while the 550s tonal tongue branding also takes on pink and white hues. This all sits atop a white and cream sole unit, adding even more of an aged touch to the retro-style sneaker.
