Nike ACG Air Exploraid Ash Green

Taken from the Department of Nike Archives (DNA), the archival ACG Air Exploraid “Ash Green” prepares for a comeback. This low-cut trail running shoe, which turns 25 in 2024, bolsters the brand’s Gorpcore offerings, most of which are fellow late ‘90s silhouettes. Ready to hit the trails and city streets, this OG colourway sports a black mesh underlay shored up by Neutral Grey and Ash Green overlays to provide additional support and structure. Red ACG logos adorn the lateral rear, while a mini Swoosh decorates the tongue. A Sunburst symbol on the sockliner indicates the use of recycled materials, embracing the brand’s Next Nature campaign. The textile-wrapped midsole carries a visible Max Air unit in the heel for a cushioned, fluid motion on uneven terrains, rounded out by a reliable lug outsole.
