Releasing for the Swoosh’s All Conditions Gear Fall 2019 collection, this silhouette actually made its debut thirty years ago back in 1989, so this release is particularly special because of that.
Featuring a striking orange and black colour scheme that is sure to turn heads this season, the design of the ACG Air Wildwood Orange Black actually hails from 1982’s Air Escape, going back to the silhouette’s off road running roots. Crafted from smooth premium leather panels, mesh has also been implements for the ultimate breathing experience.
A clean white Swoosh logo shoots across the lateral and medial side panels, while “ACG” branding takes its place on the midsole and tongue, where it takes the form of the iconic triangle that’s been around for quite some time. Down below, you’l find an Air infused midsole for maximum comfort and cushioning that’s made for any outdoor activity, and finalising the explorer-friendly design is a sawtooth waffle sole.
