Eastside Golf x Air Jordan 1 Golf High 1961 Change

Golf-inspired lifestyle brand Eastside Golf collaborates with Jordan Brand for the new “1961” collection. This latest pack honours the historic year of 1961, when the PGA lifted the ban on non-white golfers. The Eastside Golf x Air Jordan 1 Mid “1961 Change” joins the ADG 4 and Air Jordan 6 Low Golf in this new collection featuring shades of green.

As Jordan Brand expanded its footwear roster and included golf shoes, collaborating with new brands like Eastside Golf is a no-brainer. Formed in 2019 by Olajuwon Ajanaku and Earl Cooper, Eastside Golf teamed up with Jordan Brand in 2021, becoming consistent partners since then. This Air Jordan 1 Mid rendition is packed full of story telling. It features a black leather upper with green accents on the vamp, Swoosh, collar, and heel. Eastside Golf signatures adorn the Swooshes for added aesthetics. Other prominent details include the Gold Jordan Wings logo on the collar and the Black golfer insignia on the tongue. The lateral rear panel on the left pair has a debossed “Change” print, while the right shoe boasts a debossed “1961” detail as a nod to the monumental year.
