The Tinker Hatfield-designed Air Max 90 went through a total reconstruction for its 30th anniversary and the silhouette now features a more slimmed down profile, closer to the OG pairs. The latest addition to the model is the Nike Air Max 90 Black White. It’s back to the basics with this one. The upper consists of a combination of mesh and synthetic leather with ribbed TPU accents all in pitch black. This makes the profile Swooshes in crisp white tumbled leather stand out.

The white of the Swooshes are reflected on the Air Max branding on the heel counter, the branding on the heel tab and tongue tab and the midsole. An unseen pinwheel in the insole marks this model as part Nike’s “Move to Zero” sustainability campaign.
