The mad scientists at Nike have pulled off yet another striking hybrid silhouette. By transplanting the upper of the Air Max 1 with an Air Max 90 sole unit, a totally one-of-a-kind trainer is born. This is a shoe which promises the best in comfort and support matched with that head-turning curb appeal.

The AM90/1 ‘Purple’ showcases an OG colourway complete with premium suede uppers. The look stays entirely true to the old school right down to the black leather Swoosh across the sidewall. The only difference is the chunky midsole underfoot. Borrowed from the Air Max 90, this fusion of two great silhouettes somehow works perfectly. On this pair, that midsole provides a nice contrast in a cream colourway.
