Nike’s All Petals United collection continues to bloom as the roster grows. The Nike Cortez “All Petals United” joins the lineup, boasting a special makeover and a unique leather lace shroud for added design.

The Nike Cortez changed cultures and redefined streetwear with its simplistic design and lightweight construction. The track shoe officially debuted in 1972, taking its name from the leader who beat the Aztecs. The Cortez has a fairly simple design, designed by Oregon track coach and Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman to improve running performance. It has a leather or nylon base with suede overlays and a rubber outsole featuring aggressive herringbone traction patterns. This “All Petals United” rendition adds exquisite details to the Cortez in the form of a leather lace shroud. The shroud has a green embossed Nike label in the middle with petal-inspired and Nike-branded metal pins.

This colourway also features a white leather base with sail white suede overlays on the toe, eyestay, and lower heel panel. Embroidered green accents emblazon the outlines, keeping a clean and proper look. The heel tab gets constructed in suede with an orange Nike label. The sail white suede Swoosh flaunts a unique texture, adding to the distinctive makeover. Sail white tones on the outsole offer more vintage touches. All Petals United labels adorn the tongue and sockliner to wrap up the exceptional design.
