Harlem-based rapper A$AP Rocky teams up with German sportswear giant PUMA to transform the cult classic Mostro into a futuristic sneaker. Like his partner Rihanna, Lord Flacko has been busy getting creative in fashion after dropping high-heat footwear and apparel pieces in recent years, a testament to the couple’s sophisticated design. Donning a stealthy makeover, the A$AP Rocky x PUMA Mostro Disccords “Black” blends form and function to create a next-gen aesthetic.

This blacked-out colourway features a hot melt film upper with engineered woven fabrics on the overlays for breathability. A moulded Formstrip covers the lateral sidewall, complementing the signature cat logo on the ribbed mesh tongue and silicone-moulded heel panel. The innovative Disc technology incorporates strong internal wires for a secure, supportive fit, while the carbon fibre pieces on the midfoot and rear provide stability. Special-edition labels animate the insole as a nod to Flacko’s project. The Mostro’s signature spiky rubber sole rests underfoot to preserve its aggressive style. This sneaker includes an A$AP-branded shoe box for the finishing touches.
