FTMD x Reebok Club C Green

Futuremade Studio (FTMD) and Reebok take on the Club C, with the previous collaborative efforts on the Classic Legacy and Instapump Fury completing The Golden Mountaineering trio. Having already played with two respected silhouettes, FTMD. take on an icon with this Club C Revenge Vintage release. FTMD. head into the shoe’s design with The Golden Ratio in mind, placing a heavy focus on achieving balance within their pieces and in particular, this Club C.

Executed with the rainforest in mind, the various green hues that extend from the forest floor to the high-reaching canopy have been considered for the colour palette. A darker shade of green on the toe and lace panels compliment the lighter shades of the green mesh. The exterior appears rugged with its use of canvas while inside lays the soft fur lining in a moss green, hugging your foot as you slip these on. The white rubber midsole keeps it classic whereas the laces and exposed mesh tongue look to the off-white tones popular in today’s footwear culture. As for co-branding, a yellow tongue label is swapped in for the standard Reebok Vector logo, depicting a dotted mountain scape graphic that can be seen on the apparel collection. The final collaborative touch is located on the sidewall where a white “FTMD.” implies the presence of the Studio on this classic silhouette.
