Here's everything you need to know about The Simpsons x Vans Sk8-Hi 1987-2020. This limited-edition sneaker is one of several pairs to celebrate the legacy of a cartoon that first aired in the late 80s. It's hard to believe that more than three decades later and The Simpsons is still one of the greatest ever TV shows.

Joining VANS for the first time, an exclusive pack of clothing, footwear and accessories are themed after some of the best characters from the franchise. But this particular pair is even more unique as it focuses on the early episodes, those which aired from 1987 to 1989.

Unlike the more refined cartoon that we're now familiar with, those initial sketches weren't quite as memorable. That being said, they instantly grab attention across this Sk8-Hi. Printed along the sidewall of the shoe, the full family makes an appearance including Maggie too. Elsewhere and a simple colour blocking theme is utilised. To finish the look, a set of yellow coloured laces are included as one last nod to the franchise.
