Californian skateboarding natives Vans have teamed up with LA-based furniture manufacturer Modernica to create one of the cleanest capsule collections of 2019. Combining bold prints with premium materials and classic silhouettes, the Vans Style 36 LX Orange is the crown jewel of the capsule.
Taking the Style 36 straight from the archives, this sneaker is reminiscent of classic Old Skool that you see people rock on a daily basis. Coming with a fully vulcanised midsole, this is then followed up with a buttery suede on the toebox and lace portions. Rounded off with leather hits on the stripes found on the side panels and you have a beautifully constructed sneaker.
Now to the colourway, with a deep orange hue used on the suede and leather portions. The sneaker then boasts a bold Hawaiian print on the underlays which helps to bring the Summer vibe to this crep.
The Vans Style 36 LX Orange will be launching February 22 at select Vans Vault retailers and will retail at £85
