We started this week with a win. At 1am on Monday, against all odds, England beat Mexico and got us a spot at the World Cup quarter finals, we've gotten new teasers of the Nike Ghostface Air Force 1 and Westside Gunn x Saucony, as well as more exciting news and drops on our radar this week.

Official images of the new Nike Air Force 1 Low “Ghostface” have come through. The shoe, which is set to drop this Halloween, pays an unofficial homage to the cult Scream character with he Swooshes and leather details appearing to be slashed and cut with a knife, nodding to Ghostface’s stabbing tendencies. The silhouette comes in a white leather base with black Swooshes and midsole, as well as red detailing. Halloween couldn’t come sooner.
We’re going to the quarter finals gang. England beat the Azteca’s high altitude and won against Mexico on Monday early in the AMs. Apparently, Mexico had only lost two out of 89 competitive matches at Estadio Azteca, so we really came through. Jude Bellingham scored twice, Harry Kane once. Big kudos to whoever stayed up on Sunday evening.

The Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble Scorpion features a scorpion illustration on its midsole, nodding to Nike’s 2002 “Secret Tournament” / Scorpion KO World Cup campaign. It takes on the Air Jordan 11 Gamma’s palette with its black and aqua colourway. The upper features a patent leather, suede, synthetic and mesh layers with reflective grey accents on the tongue and a turquoise signature Air Max bubble on the sole.
Undefeatable giant Erling Haaland sent Brazil home this weekend, scoring two goals for Norway in the last 10 minutes of the game, making this the last match on the World Cup pitch for Neymar. The Brazilian legend gave us a show and scored a farewell penalty goal before bidding farewell.
British streetwear label Represent is coming out with its own take on the Vans Authentic. The brand’s Rep-Cali shoe is a low-top leather/suede sneaker with oversized laces and the brand’s logo printed on the sole.

Did you see that allegedly 7-Eleven is suing Nike over this release? Nike’s coming out with a new Air Max 95 inspired by the colour palette of the famous corner store. The Air Max 95 waves layer the 7-Eleven colours of red, green and orange on a white base, mimicking the vibrant palette of the late-night convenience store.
We just got more intel on the upcoming Westside Gunn x Saucony collab. The rapper donned the second of his Saucony Omni 9 Webs (in the Spider-Man colourway) at his 4th Rope wrestling event over the weekend.

We said goodbye to another World Cup legend last night. Spain defeated Portugal, making this the last time we see Ronaldo playing for the World Cup. The 41-year-old Portugal captain shed more than one tear on the pitch.
