Kith, Marvel, and ASICS assemble a superpowered collaboration to commemorate the 85th anniversary of the renowned comic book franchise. This three-way project is a follow-up to the X-Men collection from ‘23, this time focused on the characters we often despise, the supervillains. Paying homage to the notorious Spider-Man arch nemesis, the Kith x Marvel Super Villains x ASICS GT-2160 “Green Goblin” carries the mantle of Norman Osborn, clad in a verdant palette to mimic his suit.
This limited-edition colourway displays a vibrant gradient mesh detail, shifting from white to light yellow and dark green. Grey and metallic silver accents on the upper and Tiger Stripes capture the DNA of retro running shoes. Kith and ASICS branding decorate the tongue, offset by the mismatched Fieg labels on the rear. The artwork on the sockliners displays the character brandishing his signature pumpkin bombs, enhancing the colourway's villainy theme. Cream white tones envelop the laces and EVA foam midsole to achieve a vintage look, highlighted with purple GEL technology and dark green TRUSSTIC plate. Replicating trading cards, the shoe comes in a custom mylar bag with a special-edition package and an exclusive comic book. The box also includes additional white, green, and two-tone yellow laces.
Launching via the official Kith website, you can find out where to get your hands on the Kith x Marvel Super Villains x ASICS GT-2160 “Green Goblin” by keeping it locked to The Sole Supplier!
