OPEN YY x PUMA Speedcat Pink

Rising Seoul-based fashion brand OPEN YY, formerly TheOpen Product, unveils its first-ever collaboration with PUMA. Headlining the footwear selections is the Speedcat, a late ‘90s racing shoe designed for Formula One racers. Dropping alongside two more colourways, the OPEN YY x PUMA Speedcat “Pink” exudes a premium appeal thanks to its sleek, terrace-inspired details.

This archival trainer boasts a predominantly pale pink hue encompassing its airy mesh uppers and cow suede base. A metallic gold Formstrip appears on the lateral and medial sidewalls, while the embroidered cat logo decorates the lateral toe and heel. The detachable fold-over tongue showcases a stitched PUMA label, drawing design cues from football cleats like the King. Co-branded logos embellish the sockliners, backed by a slim beige-coloured sole to maintain its streamlined shape.
