Slawn x Nike Air Max 90 Crimson

This “Crimson” Slawn Air Max 90 could be his most secretive collaboration yet. Leaked on his close friends Instagram stories, as well as featured on his recent Kids Take Over interview, there is little information exists about this pair. We reckon the “Crimson” Slaw Nike pair could also be the hardest to cop, so you will want to stick close by if you are trying to add this pair to your collection.

As the third colourway has entered the chat, fans of the artist are having to rethink which out of the collection is their favourite. White speckled detailing across the forefoot ties into the creative’s work process, no doubt a natural feature among much of his footwear. It’s important to remember that seriously iconic Nike shoes have been graced with that art-inspired speckle, such as the Dave White Air Jordan 1 from 2012. Of course there is also the infamous photo of Keith Harring wearing his paint splattered-Chicago Air Jordan 1 so this Slawn capsule is among good company.

Two gold eyelets add a premium touch, along with the textured panelling and Swoosh that mirror the finish seen across his canvas-based works. Similar to the other two colourways, this “Crimson” make-up arrives with semi-translucent slide out box that features Slawn’s signature Clown Face motif across the top.
