COMME des GARÇONS HOMME x New Balance 550 Black masters the minimalist look with ease. This deluxe version of the sportswear brand’s fan-favourite silhouette arrives in a traditional build with all of New Balance 550’s beloved features. It stays faithful to the simple, clean-cut look of its predecessors while adding its own elegant take. Stark black leather envelops most of the upper while pops of white in the 550 forefoot branding, “N” logo outline, tongue label, and collar provide a nice contrast.

The monochromatic aesthetic is also applied underfoot where a chunky colourless midsole with plenty of cushioning is paired with a durable black outsole. Nods to the collaboration between Rei Kawakubo's brand and New Balance come in the heel tab where a bold "CdGH New Balance" lettering is placed.
