More than just a basketball shoe, the Air Jordan 4 is an icon of sneaker culture. The shoe that Jordan wore when he made “The Shot” in 1989, upon its release the AJ4 was an instant classic and flew off shelves everywhere. Now, over 35 years later, the Jordan 4 is still as in-demand as ever and comes in a variety of colourways which fit into anyone’s sneaker rotation.

Nigel Sylvester Just Confirmed the Air Jordan 4 "Brick After Brick"
After months of hushed rumours and "will they, won't they" leaks, the Air Jordan 4 "Brick After Brick" is finally official.
Designed by Nike legend Tinker Hatfield, this chunky, distinctive sneaker became the first silhouette to feature over-moulded mesh, with another key detail being the Nike Air logo featured on the heel tab. Carrying over the mid-top design and Air unit from the Jordan 3, the AJ4 was the perfect successor in the Jordan brand lineage. Topped off with a breathable mesh and leather upper, as well as the iconic visible Air cushioning underfoot, the Jordan 4 quickly became a hit in the casual sneaker market as well as on the courts.
Debuting in four colourways, "Military Blue", "Fire Red" and the fan favourites "White Cement" and "Black Cement", it wasn't until 1999 that we saw the first retro release of this silhouette. Since then we've been treated to a whole host of AJ4 releases including coveted collaborations with Off-White, Union LA and Travis Scott, as well as new colourways such as the "White Thunder" and AJ4 "Military Black".
